Dive Site Brief:
The Tunnel Dive Site is located just North of Double Reef. You could actually dive both sites if you were to drift it.
The Tunnel is located in the reef and the entrance could be quite difficult to find if you don't know what it looks like. Most boats will anchor in the sandpit north of it and when looking at the reef (south), the entrance is to the left, follow the reef (sandpit on your left) and you will see the light shining through inside.
The tunnel is fairly narrow but has a lot of natural light and a flashlight is not necessarily needed to navigate the tunnel. It is recommended to go one at a time and watch your buoyancy as well as to not silt it up for other divers.
We recommend to do it once then explore the surrounding reef looking for eels, lion fish, octopus, and stingrays.
CAUTION: When doing this dive make sure to have a safety sausage or SMB, sometimes there can be boat traffic on the outer reef.
