Ask us about special rates for a full week of diving. Flights from Guam to are on Tuesday and Saturday very late in the evening, and returning on Wednesday and Sundays very early am.  It's impossible to avoid, but luckily we inlcude a late check out in our prices.

Staying at another hotel on Yap?  Your diving with Yap Divers will be only $105 daily for a 2 tank dive.

Substitute O'Keefe's hotel in this package and the total price will be $813.  This includes 3 days of 3 tank dives with Yap Divers, breakfast at O'Keefe's, transfers, wifi in the coffee shop, late check out.

MIN # OF DIVERS: These special package prices are based on 2 divers to book at the same time, share a room, and participate in the activities together.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY? If you want a room to yourself you'll have to pay a single supplemental room charge.

VALID DATES & PRICES: All special packages are valid between October 10,2011 to April 1, 2012. This package is not valid during for "Yaps Days" week in March.  Bookings are subject to availability of rooms. Upgrades to deluxe rooms are optional if you want them, or if the standard rooms are not available.  We are dependent upon our travel partners pricing, availability, and schedules. These packages are subject to change at any time.

 

HOTEL AVAILABILITY: If you are going to book your trip over a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) there are limited rooms available. These are very busy times in Yap.  You might also consider booking them with us well before (or after) these holidays if you can.

WHEN DO YOU PAY? No payment is required until your reservations are confirmed. All confirmed reservations must be paid as soon as possible (this means very quickly) -or- at least 30 days prior to your departure date if it's NOT booked over a holiday.  If you're booking in 2012, it must be fully paid for by December 29, 2011. These trips must be completed prior to April 1, 2012.

DON'T GET LEFT AT THE AIRPORT! Your passport can't expire within 6 months from your return date of travel. Please check the expiration date. We'll need your name exactly as it's on your passport, your date of birth, and your phone number after your reservatiions are confirmed.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: These are very special prices that our dive and hotels partners have committed to. There are no refunds within 15 days of your departure unless emergency, medical, or legal circumstances prevent you from going. The criteria for this would be military leave cancellations, deployments, and medical emergencies. In such cases we will need documentation to verify the cancellation.

Please note that during peak seasons some hotels limit their cancellation policy to 21-30 days prior to your departure date. We have no choice and will abide by this policy.

In all cases MDA will retain $75 for administrative costs. We are also not responsible for any penalties imposed by airline cancellations or changes in flight schedules. These are out of our control.
